321 Go! is a monthly social and activity-based club designed specifically for adults with Down syndrome who want to get out, get moving, and try something new.
The club focuses on connection, confidence, and active living.
Members participate in a variety of inclusive activities such as walking groups, fitness classes, recreational sports, community outings, and new experiences that encourage independence and personal growth.
321 Go! is about more than just being active — it’s about building friendships, exploring interests, and showing up with confidence in the community. Activities are designed to be safe, supportive, and fun, while still promoting choice, independence, and adult social engagement.
Whether it’s trying a new activity, meeting new people, or simply getting out and being part of something positive, 321 Go! creates opportunities for adults with Down syndrome to stay active, connected, and thriving.
See the events page for dates and registration.
