NOTES:
- We currently have three vacancies on our Board. The following positions are vacant: Self Advocate, Member at Large and New Parent Co-ordinator. If you are interested in putting your name forward for any of these positions or any other positions on the Board, please contact Jennifer Crowson at jencrowson2@gmail.com or at (905) 531-6298.
- A copy of the proposed amendments to the by-laws will be sent out separately in advance of the meeting.
- This year the Board has decided to make the meeting for adults only and ‘babes in arms’. In the past, we have provided entertainment for the whole family – but in doing so one parent always missed out on the speaker and it was challenging to conduct the AGM. We are having a DSAH family bowling a few weeks before (Sunday April 27 th – for details click here). Young adults and adults with Down syndrome are welcome and may be interested in the speaker.
