CTN Pathways to Transition Event
Presented by Community Transition Network. For Parents, Guardians and students with Special needs ages 14-21 who are in the process of planning for life after high school.
There will be presentations by ATS, DSO, and ODSP beginning at 6:30pm, in the auditorium. Coffee, tea, and cookies will be provided at the refreshments table in the foyer. There are also hydration stations near the washrooms.
Visit DSAH and other community organizations at their tables and/or attend valuable information sessions.
